Bleeding my oil boiler

Please help me. just got our oil refilled today but I can't get it to light. This happened last time but I was able to reset it and then it worked but to no avail this time. I've read about air being in the pipe and bleeding it would fix the problem but I can't identify a bleed screw or valve to open to do this?

Attached is a photo of the burner.

First up I don`t do oil, thought you bled the pump first though.
Advise to wait for advice as have heard of people undoing the wrong "Bleed screw"

It's the allen screw in the end of that Hexagonal extension.

Yup don't spill too much oil it stinks to high heaven.Bob
