When my Central Heating Boiler is working (Ideal Classic NF230) it is occasionally being interupted by a series of RAPID clicking from I THINK
the GAS CONTROL VALVE. The interupting bursts of clicking send the gas flames on and off !!
Am I to believe this is a sign of the VALVE Packing up ?
Or is it something quite simple i.e electrics ?

Any help would be appreciated...thanks

Could be a board fault or a valve fault but 1st check would be pilot size incase rectification probe is cooling due to the partial blockage on the pilot injector.
