Jim- how come I'm being prosecuted for 36 in a 30, then?

Moz - you can hit someone in the rear and claim it was their fault - the woman who crashed into the back of me 6 months ago is claiming it was my fault. Why?

Because she claims I moved into her lane and cut down he stopping distance.

I did move into her lane, but 200 yards prior to the point of collision.

The best I can expect is 50/50.....

(Near Blackpool Airport... Dual carriageway BUT 30mph.


The last one before that (actually my very first SP30) was a very dodgy roadside speed trap in 1988...

The latest I avoided by going on a speed awareness course.. YAWN!...

Get a Road Angel, and concentrate a bit more rather than oggling girlies
I did and can oggle away without worrying about speeding, just have to be careful of others on the road instead
