Can I connect ACO drainage into this existing drain?

I’m installing some ACO channel drains in my garden/patio area and need somewhere to discharge the water.

I’ve uncovered the drain shown in the photos. It’s an OsmaDrain access point with what appears to be a 110mm underground pipe running through it. My initial thought was to add a 110mm triple socket junction and connect the ACO drain into it.

I’m not sure if the drain connects to foil sewage drainage or if it’s for surface water.

Any ideas if it’s ok to add a triple socket junction to this and connect the drainage to it?

If it's a separate system then surface water shouldn't be connected to a foul water drain. Even if it's surface water then land drainage shouldn't be connected to it either.

Normally a soak away is used if nowhere to run it away naturally.
