Hello All,

My house needs a re-wire, I was thinking of doing this at the same time as extending my house. My brother and i both have the 16th edition 2381 and inspection and testing 2931. Can we do the work and then get the council to test the work?

just add it onto your building notice, write that it'll be done to BS7671 and copies of the EIC will be available if needed, whether they test it themselves again is their call, but dont let them chage you extra for it
