Can i spur of socket or does it need qualified electrician

Hi lads,

Whats the law regarding a spur of a socket and to route it to a shed 15 meters up the garden outside or does a qualified electrician need to do it.

It doesn't necessarily need the attention of an electrician to fit it, but it is notifiable.

Either notify building control first and pay their fee, then do the work yourself (provided you are capable of doing so)

or
