Cant get my RWB9 cw control panel to heat my water

My Wickes RWB9 cw control panel was working until yesterday, now when I press the button to heat the water for one hour, no light comes on, the boiler does not kick in, same as for the central heating.
When I press the button i can see the lil display changing and the black bars move, but no actual hot water......
any ideas what I should try first or to find the problem?!?!? im lost! (O:

sounds more like a boiler or pump problem than a programmer fault.
