I'm led to believe the voltage in Thailand is 220v @ 50Hz, so you should be able to do a straight swap of the plugs.
and if you see any colors other than brown/blue/green and yellow stop and test the original plug with a multimeter before proceeding, some older national standards have very different color codes to us (for example i belive some standards have red as earth!)
