even if some of the nearest galaxies or even planets habitable with intelligent life within our own galaxy is somewhat beyond our reach, it may not be beyond theirs, they may have worked out how to dematerialise themselves into energy and recompose into something completely different form their original format into something that is compatible for their destination planet, to suit its particular environment.
Hence why some aliens look like humanoids, and perhaps they may not look at all like that from where they came, and quite possibly their environment may have completely different temperatures and other life support conditions, but if they may have masterminded the technique to transform themselves through a media like Energy and reform into something else, it is then quite possible to be anywhere in the universe within a few seconds, at speed of thought, faster than speed of light,
