Clip on Ceiling rose size

Can anyone tell me where to get a larger than normal ceiling rose which clips on rather than scews on.
Must be about 15 year old house.
All pendant sets seem to be screw on.

I think they were made by crabtree and come as a made up pendant fitted with a safety lampholder, which when the lamp was removed, the pins were isolated from the supply, quite commonly used in council property, not sure if still available.

The cover clipped on with two built in clips I recall and were a larger diameter than most ceiling roses.

Wouldn't the best idea be to replace it/them with a more conventional type?

It is in a council house so for whatever reason it is that version.
