You are obviously not very bright. What don't you understand about the description of the combi and cylinder installation?

As he only reads brochures he doesn't know what an RGI is.
Lets face it, RGI is a trade term only used by those, like us, who are in the trade.

I do not dance to the tune of the incompetents. I gave a description of linking up a combi to an unvented cylinder which is highly effective and cost effective . One comes back as say it against the building regs - yeerr sure!!!! Duh!!!! It was clear they have little idea of how hook up these appliances. They could not understand that the DHW was being heated by an external high efficient plate heat exchanger rather than an inefficient internal cylinder coil.
And as they have a short attention span they want piccies to look at. Colour ones too. Then they are put in their place as usual, and then they seem to think they are superior because they have taken a 6 months Corgi course or whatever. It is fun on here.
The question is:
