I'm all exited...

New shed should arrive tomorrow, concrete base laid today in preparation.

I've even agreed a basic plan for the garden with mrs janitor.

And Masona's back to advise me on planning my decking structure.

Wot a good day! :D

If thats your idea of a good day i'd hate to see your bad one!!

Bad day is:

Shed delayed: fell off lorry and now matchsticks on the M25.

Concrete not setting - bad mix. Can't find cat. Ooops.

Arguing to the death with Mrs Janitor over the gdn.

Masona does not return to hammer out finer points of decking.

I ran out of ballast by a couple of mixes - but the neighbour let me borrow some!

Was yours among them?

It was a good day though, plenty of sunshine, I was putting in drains at the weekend and started to get a bit of a tan, bit of blockwork today (actually yesterday now), really topped it up. Much more of this and I'll start to look foreign. Did you get the shed up?

Sheds fell from FL onto MMJ's shed.

Garden slipping into Torbay.

Traveller's camp being set up just North of MMJ.

24 hr theme pubs opening either side.

Could have used some 'plums' in the concrete ;) Like a casket or something.

I wouldn't leave my tools in a bloody boat - damn things are always leaking!

Don't have a lot to do with yachts, only motor yachts.

But I know of a motor yacht 'Private Dancer'? One of my clients old boats.

Just a shot in the dark 'Dancing lady' was a lovely yacht, quite an old inboard engine Petrol / TVO, cannot really remember, but sure minimum of two masts, she really wasn't tiny Nor built of GRP or whatever ...Wooden to the Keel !!
Sailed out of Weymouth Marina circa 1977 ... owned then by a dress designer and his wife from London .. nice people.
