Concrete Slab Depth For Parking

Hi All

I will soon be converting some of the rear end of my garden into a concrete hard standing for 2 cars to park on.

I live in an area where the ground soft and all house are build on raft foundations.

I have lots of hardcore to get rid of so this can all go in and I have some reinforcing mesh that I was given for free that was over from a friends job

Please can you give me a recommendation on the depth I need to dig down to achieve the right amount of strength for the concrete?
Also I will be using Exact Mix for the concrete mix - what mix of concrete is needed as they mix up onsite?
