Hello I was looking at a house that is showing signs of wear, and im hoping please to get your thoughts on whether any of this looks serious. Under a lower window there are stepped cracks and some poor filling/repair, the damp proof course bricks look in poor condition, the guttering has disconnected and the wall the length of the diagonal pipe looks soaked (the darker colour noticeable next to the white extension) and the white extension has stepped cracks on the wall. There are also cracks/gaps in the brick around pipes. Probably unrelated but the paving slabs are loose. 1960s house. Does any of this look rescuable without spending thousands do you think, please ? Holding me back from making an offer !

A series of bodges, love the basketball hoop above the window.

Thank you , would a builder have a look at a viewing with me for a fee ? Any offer is subject to legals but I'd rather screen it before hand so I don't have to end up reducing my offer, and potentially lose the survey fee. I could ask around , not sure if it's worth their bother for say half an hour , those issues only seem to impact that side of the house
