It's early days as the legislation is only in Draft form and hasn't gone to Parliament for discussion. However, it appears that it will increase the rights of consumers against suppliers and service providers, e.g. tradesmen, for faulty goods and bad workmanship. "Digital Content" (whatever that means) will also be covered.
