consumer unit for TT building

Hi,

What is the best consumer unit for a building with a TT supply?

The building is supplied via three core armoured cable from the house, an earth rod has been installed.

The building has three ring mains and four lighting circuits.

Would I be able to use a metalclad consumer unit with RCBO's? do I need to install a time delayed RCD outside the consumer unit?

It would be a rare electrician indeed who is prepared to stand his ground regarding the ludicrous "requirement" for metal CUs.

You can have him use RCBOs if you want.
