paramedics deal with all of the above on an everyday basis, nurses do too.
i was a fireman and if you take out rape and add a man burning his wife because she had found out that he was selling his 9 yr old daughter to his peado mates, then i dealt with all that too..
but none of us were paid anything like a policeman.
