Not really. The virus can only survive on surfaces for a few hours so would be long dead by the time any items shipped.

I read that Covid 19 can survive several days, some saying it could potentially live for 9 days. Still longer than a shipment from China, but important to remember it doesn't die in a few hours. This is why some schools and surgeries are closed for deep cleaning.

Apparently a suspected case was "identified" in Canary Wharf, so all the workers fled onto the tube and DLR outta there. Londoners eh? wet wipes.

Statistically they probably have far more chance of getting stabbed on London public transport than catching Corona virus.
