Cost of rebedding Ridge Tiles

Hi, I am a total novice in terms of buildings and DIY but apparently my 'ridge tiles need rebedding'. Approx how much should i expect to pay for this. It's a mid terraced house so I theres only about 6or 7 tiles?

Who told you that? was it an itinerant roofer ...if it was a friend,ask them to do it...safety issues add to the cost now....if you got it done properly @ 12-15£££ per tile would be good.

Hi thanks for the reply, it was from the valuation on the house i'm looking to buy that said they needed doing. It doesnt sound as costly as i first thought thank god!

don't forget the cost of the scaffold to give your builder/roofer safe access.

So how much would i be looking at for the entire job to be done? Labour, materials etc?

You must also consider

labour rate in your area, access to the job, cost of scaffold hire etc.

I suggest you get some quotes.
