That's a bit 5 h1 T.
I have seen it before. I reported it to the DNO and as luck would have it, they were literally a few doors down and arrived swiftly.
"What's wrong with that?", the bloke whined....
But they eventually put a plastic cover over the cable.
Does it matter yours is wired up the wrong way round?
