Please can someone help me I’m so desperate

I bought this house and everything was done from top to bottom inside before I bought it

I seen the house once and now 4 months later theres damp and paint flaking off and damp patches

Does anyone know what this could be?

1) stand back and take wider pics showing the whole wall

2) explain what is above the wet patch, and what is on the other side of the wall, and photograph it. All the way up to the roof and gutter, and down to the ground. Include all nearby pipes and drains.

3) put the different wet patches in separate threads.

Depending on the info, damp in kitchens is often related to condensation and water leaks, and damp round windows is often related to rain penetration.

That’s the upstairs above the window and there’s also stains in another room in the upper corner too. I was thinking the flashing or possibly the guttering maybe? I have no idea
