Hi Guys,

I have a Worcester / Danesmoor non-condensing 15/19 oil boiler. Over a period of two days the pressure drops from 1.5 to 0 bar

The leak is under the boiler, all entry pipes and PRV are dry making me think it's a heat exchanger problem - look at prices they are £ 600 ish ( ouch ! ) - see attached pics ....

Has anyone replaced ? could it be something else ?

Thanks in advance for all replies ....

New boiler time.

You could dismantle the boiler find the leak and have a go at welding
it. Might last a while longer.

:( I thought so ...

Anyone know of a company that can repair and pressure test these ?

The leak should be visible once you get it out.
A competent welder should be able to repair it for you.
Even your local garage repair shop would probably give it a quick
weld if you ask them nicely.
