Danfoss TP5000 to Hive - Multizone Installation

@ianmcd
Also, I had mentioned this comment earlier.

On the wiring center
"If I interchange the Black Wires with each other then bedroom Hive thermostat is able to fire up the boiler but ground floor Hive thermostat is not able to fire up the boiler." Referring to Terminal 5 and 6.

Why this is happening? If there is a problem with any of the actuator and valve then it should not even work. But with one of black wire (terminal 5) it is working.
Bedroom actuator black wire - T6 (Not heating)
Ground floor actuator black wire - T6 (working fine)

As Ian has explained to you inside the valve is a switch connected to the orange and grey wires. When the valve opens the switch connects the orange and grey wires together which in turn fires your boiler up.
The switch in one of the valves is faulty. So the valve is still opening but the switch is not making contact so the boiler is not fitting up.
Whichever one it is will need the actuator replacing. It is a 5 minute job the actuator is just held on with 2 screws, and 5 wires to swap over, the system doesn't need to be drained and they're about £50 from screwfix
