Disconnecting a circuit in a kitchen

Got the pocket guide to Part P - notifiable or not.
I want to blank off my cooker switch and circuit, - is "modifying a circuit" quote "(e.g.adding a lighting point, fused connection unit or socket outlet)" notifiable -- bottom line - is disconnecting a circuit notifiable?

I will stick my neck out here and say that removing a circuit is non notifiable.
