Whilst out on a remote site today (siphon priming station) i noticed that the mains supply cut out has black stuff leaking out of the bottom. Obviously this isn't ideal, but is it worth reporting to the DNO?

Also how does it work when its not a domestic property? I'll just report it to the electrical SAP who would deal with it, but will the DNO engineer visit just the same as if it were some ones house?

Simply report it to the DNO fault line with details of access arrangements.
They will deal with it from there.

No different to a private location it is still up to the DNO to repair and certainly not anyone else

And in Staffs / North West, but some have escaped as they are plain rusty metal.
