My local one is open 8.00 till 12 tomorrow. Not sure of the hours for your branch, but I expect it'll be similar.

CEF open 8-12 on a saturday as far as i know all the ones round here do.
As already said they are poen on a Saturday till 12pm
but I think they also do a 24/7 emergency service if you ring their number out of office hours????

B&Q and Screwfix are often cheaper than the electrical wholesaler (except cable of course!), so why not buy from them instead!
Did a check, the B&Q price for a consumer unit was GBP 15.00. including v.a.t. , whilst Newey and Eyre wanted GBP 20.00. for the same unit, and had the cheek to slap v.a.t. on top!
Leave the rip-off merchants behind!

Guess which one I got?
Was in CEF a few days later nd there was the nice shiny rolls of cable.
Exactly the same make, (Lewcos), as supplied from Cable Services!
