In England and Wales, none of those are notifiable jobs under Building Regulations Part P.

Except for adding a spur if that work is done in a special location (kitchen, bathroom or outside)

The law is different in England and Scotland

In England

replacing as faulty socket (face) - NOT notifiable
replacing a ceiling rose - NOT
changing a cartridge fuse in CU - NOT
re-wiring a fuse in CU - YES
wiring an electric cooker from existing cable - NOT if using existing cooker control outlet and just connecting the cooker cable to that.
adding a spur - NOT - unless in a kitchen/bathroom other 'notifiable location'
replacing a faulty fcu - NOT
replacing a faulty light switch - NOT

However even NOT Notificiable work should be done in accordance with Regs, which does require a Design/Install/Test or a Minor Works cert for any work.

re-wiring a fuse in CU - YES

I am assuming that is replacing a blown bit of fuse wire, not adding a new circuit.

If new fusewire then it is not notifiable!

All of this (and more) is detailed in the WIKI. Why do people not look there, first?
