Would a vent to the side work?
Drawers install in eaves. Rafter cut?

Also thinking 250g bags of desicant in the drawers would help.
not good at all it will mask tell tale signs that tell you you have a problem that needs sorting

A vent would help, a fan would be even better, also a heat source would help. We can't tell you from here what's needed, we can just tell you it's risky
