Dreadfully Dire Customer Service From Currys

Just think they are rushed off their feet at peak times. Saw 1 missed call on my mobile so I rang it back: no answer. Similarly with the text.
What the CC troubleshooter thinks is that if I didn't answer their call, they must have been told to go to the next job.
A note has been put on the system to say that even if I don't answer the phone, they should come.

When I say rushed off their feet, I mean Currys are greedily taking the orders (and the money) as they come in, then relying on their usual number of staff to try and fulfil all the orders. They should employ extra staff, but are too tight.
