got a old council bungalow. need access to house from a drive not road. How easy is it to dig ot and lay a conc/ tarmac/ gravel drive approx 8m x 2.5m

piece of cake with a mini digger and a 900mm grading bucket. 
pile it up near the road and phone a grab-loader to come and take it.
lay some edging kerbs around the perimeter where necessary.
some grab-loader companies will bring quantities of m.o.t. stone hardcore with them, drop the stone off then take the spoil.
spread the stone out with the digger and compact. you now have a blank canvass upon which you can either lay gravel, concrete or tar.
