Earth problem from boiler tripping RCD

Thank you everyone.
Solved..... turns out the wiring from the Honeywell type V4600e was wrong since install (2006) the earth and neutral. This was never picked up until we had a new RCD consumer unit.

Heating/ boiler comes on no problem now.
Very much appreciated.

I will look into the switched live issue with the wiring center.
