Just got off the phone to them, basically told me i'd been with them for ages and i qualify for some some of their kindness, so their offer to me tonight was...

The very latest Google nexus 7 4G 32gb for free, free mi-fi dongle worth £12.99, 3gb of data, the offer started off at £25.99 a month, eventually got them down to £15.50 :D

Told em to stuff it anyway after knocking them down, young girl wondered why i'd wasted 20 minutes of he evening lol!

Ever since Orange joined EE, my signal has been shoite.

Spot on as usual WS66. I remember a few years back (when it was just orange), sitting on a boat, on a Norwegian Fjord, in the arctic circle. I text a friend of mine , not really expecting it to get there. But, I got a reply from my mate instantly. I was quite impressed.

Now with EE, I.m lucky if I can get a signal in my kitchen. Sometimes I get missed calls show up a day late.

It's not just EE. But I suppose it does depend on where you are in the country. And lots of signals deteriorate rapidly once you get indoors.

If you get a rubbish signal with 3 at home, you can ask for a home booster box. Don't know if others do this kind of thing.

When I got my first mobile in about 2001, Orange was always reckoned to be the best signal amongst the providers available at the time. It lived up to this.

Now, it's often zero. Will try ringing Orange (signal permitting ) to see if there is an answer like 3's booster. All very well, but often find I'm in customer's home and need to make calls, but can't. Other day, had to ask custard to use their landline.
