Electrical rewire?

Hi, I have just been up into the loft and found a lot of surest up there is this ok? Is it dangerous? If it is a problem how much to fix?

If that is still connected to the supply, it's dangerous, as there are exposed wires and an open junction box.
However it may not be in use any more, looks like parts of old downlights which have just been left there.

Either way it all needs to be removed.
