I've said several times on here not to believe official statistics, especially when they concern crime or racial matters. However, "lower concentration than average" is probably right, but it's not germane is it? The town covers a large area, mostly rural, with some very typically Olde English villages. The main town is the hellhole. There are groups of streets with a far higher "concentration than average", and these places are laws unto themselves, left alone by the British state except for state benefit money. Statistics on population or crime are impossible to gather in these areas. They have been allowed to get to an advanced "ghetto" state, and there are many towns in East Lancs / West and South Yorkshire which have such ghettoes. Areas such as these show that multiculturalism is a chimera.
