a fiesta light control switch !!

is it feasable that the switch will suddenly stop turning on headlights, but side lights are ok ? I can get main beam but not dipped. so suppose the whole piece will need replacing.
I looked at fuses all seems ok
saw above switch on ebay £20 s/h any ideas how much these cost and how to prise it out dashboard without damaging it all ?

The switch I have has auto ambient function. wondering if that is the problem ?

The switch just puts on either sides or main lamps, so I would imagine that there is a relay somewhere which is faulty - in other words, after the switch in the wiring loom.
Often these relays are on the fuse panel.

Duhhh ~~ wife took her fiesta to garage the two headlight bulbs had blown!!


Never occurred to me that two would blow at same time
