Long overdue rules update comes into effect soon.

In my judgment fine the law breaks and min of 6 points first offence and the fine and points on the circumstances and conditions at the time. Therefore someone texting using the phone driving past a school bans them forthwith and if a lorry driver, ban them straight away. I've seen quite a few lorry drivers often skip drivers and those that car rubble on their mobile -

I can easily tell at traffic lights or even driving when the clown right up my
Range Rovers rear bumper is texting, etc.

The new rules will save a lot of police time and effort and lives.

Using anything in a car that is within the law has to be used with 'due care and attention.' I guess that covers that. History of cars crashing people killing other whilst looking down to change radio stations

I prefer good old knobs on cars rather than those sad little touch things - yes i have steering controls but nothing
beats reaching for a knob to turn up or down the climate control and move air circulation from the whole of the car just to the feet.
