Rightly so and I hope many more dangerous clowns get caught breaking the law.
I've seen lorry drivers, skip drivers and on the odd occasion HGV drivers on the phone trying to drive.

I can tell in some clown in front of me is texting, checking texts or using the non hands-free mobile but their erratic driving

I've seen that a lot lately. Is the system duplicating them?
 
I saw a big police jam sandwich BMW X5 driver driving and texting with another policeman in the passenger seat. I was on foot and could see into the vehicle.
I thought the law applied to everybody.
