Hey guys,

I've got a plug socket behind a piece of (almost) immovable furniture, and I'd like to use plug but keep the furniture flush to the wall.

I've found these Evoline plugs online, but it seems like they're only 2 pin Euro.

Any ideas if there's a UK 3 pin equivalent?

Thanks
Andy

thinnest plug I know about are legrand, about 17mm.
those that you show, being a schucko plug have the sort of "advantage" that the plug part sinks in to the sunken socket
I "suppose" that you could fit a suitable socket ie

you can even get suitable sockets that fit a euromodule faceplate

could you fit a "flat pate" socket ie one with omly a 2/3mm projection behind the furniture or depending what is going to be plugged in could you fit a switched fused outlet and wire direct to that ie

Although convoluted, expensive and not the most practical - the slimmest plugs I have come across are GENUINE Apple Mac (non-rewirable) power leads; available on eBay for around £5:

The GENUINE cables are three core - copies are usually two core.
In addition, you would require a flex connector to cut and join your cables.
Hence the impracticality of this solution! :)
