My thoughts exactly! You can order food by phone or internet and have it delivered to your door but, when you're so fat that you can no longer get to the door, that really ought to be a limiting factor.

Nonsense! Lie her on her back and get in sideways with one of her legs over your chest and the other between yours. It works great during pregnancy or after a caesarian. Alternatively, just take turns.
