Fly-on-the-Wall Police TV Show

I disagree, brigadier. I think that my statement is the more accurate and appropriate:
"it also provides an easy route excuse for others to avoid to ensuring that one's ineptitude / malpractice stays unchallenged."
Accurate and appropriate?
Its not even in english - please edit, for clarity.

I accept it was not good English.
I did try to use your own sentence construction, and to add as few words as possible, to substantially change the semantics of the sentence.

If you really need me to explain, in my own words. I am happy to do so.
How about:
"it also provides an easy route excuse to avoid challenging others' ineptitude / malpractice."

If you need further clarification, just ask.
