I want to frame some football shirts. Could you please advise what type of glass I should use to stop the shirts from fading?

Thanks

out of direct sunlight will slow it down
in a dark corner without direct sunlight or coverd over with no light

hows about a box with the shirt in it and a normal picture frame on the front as a door with a good quality photo copy in it!!!!!

Just been advised that I should use 97% protective conservation glass. Might be useful for others to know when framing.

Kevman,
I run a framing business and we frame a fair amount of Football/Rugby shirts each year. The best option is Waterwhite UV protected glass it has all the imperfections of standard glass removed so you see full rendition of all the colours and reflection is non existent. However, it is hugely expensive.
