Earlier today, a friends friend opened a pack of sliced turkey and found a pin embedded in the meat. Phoned the manufacturer who said they couldn't comment without seeing the evidence, and suggested that she sent the whole pack back for examination. Not a good idea I said, for once it's out of your hands it's history. In other words hold on to the meat and the pin because they are your evidence. What is the right thing to do?
