In our old house in the bedroom there are 2 single sockets either side of the bed that are basically an extension lead running under the floor popping up next to the only socket in the room with the extension lead terminating in a 3pin plug.
I wish to replace this with a proper fused spur to the bedside sockets.
Are there any double sockets with one side being a 3pin and a fused switch other than the 45amp cooker ones, or do I have to install 2 single boxes?
The existing socket is a ring btw

You could fit the FCU next to the exiting socket then feed the bedside sockets from that.

Dig out the existing single box and fit one of these

Fit a 13amp FCU on one side and feed the socket (and the add-ons) from ther load side of the FCU.
