An SWA submain to the garage:

No earth into the isolator?

The earth looks to be attached to the banjo on the bottom left of the enclosure.

The problem is the fact there is no fuse protecting the SWA from overload / short circuit.

The device in the enclosure is a DP isolator, not an OCPD

Is it just an isolator then? I can't see well it well enough to put money on it, could be a DP MCB ?

No overcurrent protection for the SWA, it has only got a DP isolater

RF beat me to it :x

Rob - yes. An optical illusion - the cable that looks smaller is a darker grey & further from the lens.

what size SWA was it?

I'd think the easy fix would be to replace that isolator with a DP mcb
