Good workmanship

not a problem on an 80 amp service, which is common in my area  (still fit 25's)

As usual RF has got it on the nail. Unfortunately my cupboard key went on holiday and I couldn't persuade the snipe noses to work so I haven't actually seen the meter cupboard (calumny heaped upon me), but I suspect a 100A cutout, pretty normal in Scotland in recent years. There is evidence of supp bonding in the bathrooms, but none in the kitchen, which I thought should have been there under 15th edition. The architect has major plans that involve moving the kitchen to a new location and converting the existing kitchen into a childrens den, as well as an extension so it has to go, new board and if I get my way RCBO's rather than a split load CU, we'll have to see.

Regards
Martin
