now go away and stop embarrassing yourself

poor gas112 doesnt understand

which is why gas112 is a Trump supporter..........dumb slogans is gas112s limit of understanding :ROFLMAO:

"Im gonna build a wall" says Trump.............fantastic says gas112 thats so clever :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
poor gas112 is utterly clueless

poor gas112 doesnt realise Gp surgeries charge for letters because they have to recover overheads
poor gas112 has obviously never run a business :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

shame you dont know nufink about it then :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Ive forgotten more than you think you know about the finances of a GP surgery, its best you keep quiet Old Bean

I suggest you moan to gas112 for talking garbage

gas112 claims:

1) A & G adds no extra work for gp surgeries he is WRONG

2) non NHS work at Gps surgeries is substantial he is WRONG

Now lets think where that additional 20 quid goes yep into the practise that then becomes part of the practise profits that then gets split between the GP`s who own it ...talk about notch being so thick that he cant understand it .
WRONG

you claim it is split between the GPs who own it -your opinion, zero supporting evidence

you claim it is "Going to make GP`S a fortune" -you opinion zero supporting evidence

Its not utter ****** it is the press of a button
WRONG

Ive already shown the evidence that it creates additional work load

if you think it doesnt go away and provide the evidence instead making up sh1t

Poor old notch is struggling with the FACT that GP`s are doing far far less face to face appointments and attempting diagnosis over the phone
different argument

try sticking to the subject

no need to argue for the same of arguing Notch. I merely pointed out that
yes, you merely pointed it out for the sake of arguing

I pointed out the article does not support the click bait headline -something which you have not addressed

is it exactly what the headline says. So Nwgs2 hasn't "claimed" anything. He's literally quoted the articles
no he hasnt

he has quoted the headline not the article

1.
Other than as a patient notch has no connection with a GP`s surgery whatsoever and has not got a clue how the back room staff works he thinks its the actual doctor who spends time talking to A&G.
2.
Surgeries make a lot of money out of the private side of it yet again he doesnt have a clue what they can do privately

Who do you think the additional profit goes to . Do you think they hand it out to patients or do the GP owners of the surgery get the profits i will let you think about that one

It doesnt create any additional work to create the job .
Do you mean GP`s are complaining that they now have to go back to how they should be working after their covid holiday .
Where they should actually be seeing patients face to face instead of guessing over the phone and then passing the buck onto someone else without proper investigation .
.
..

he has quoted the headline not the article
so we agree:

"GPs to get £20 bonus for keeping patients out of hospital"

Is a perfectly valid thread title, given the headline and..
My thoughts: you should read the article, which does not say what you claim.
he made no claim.

It doesnt create any additional work to create the job .
Of course it does, the GP needs to be involved in the process and £20 isn't going to buy much of their time and input, which could be several times on one case.

Who do you think the additional profit goes to . Do you think they hand it out to patients or do the GP owners of the surgery get the profits i will let you think about that one
What additional profit?

I’ve already proven it creates more work, so there’s no evidence there’s more profit.

It also creates more work for the GP, so there’s no evidence it’s an incentive
