What's the craic with Gum Tree? Anyone use it?
If i see a car i like, do i bid? or is it buy it now? Is it done via PayPal?

Can you mail the seller directly?
How do Gumtree get paid? does the ad poster pay?

Email or text the seller in the first instance, then what I did was go and see the mountain bike and got a tenner knocked off the asking price.

From a sellers point of view it was brilliant. I placed an advert for a green house, 4 hours later got an e-mail saying as long as my description was accurate they would buy it the next morning & in less than 24 hours it was gone & I had the cash in my pocket. No selling fees either.
