Both first rows of tiles on each side have over fascia vents fitted, on the front there on top of the fascia, at the rear there above the flat roof, can't remember how there attached though it's been awhile.
I'll struggle to use PIR board to block off where the pitched roof goes down past the flat roof due to the angle hence wanting to use rockwool as I can jam it into the gaps, it's that or expanding foam
