Help with kitchen light switch

it was I saw that after and amended

thank you both so much I think I just got so stressed out yesterday but today it worked! that the only 3 way I have thank god the others are 1 way !!
 
Best to take a photo of the wiring before you remove anything. Saves a lot of heartache and half a bottle of gin!

Did you sort out the faulty earthing conductors?
