I need to T off a Flow and Return pipe to new Radiator prob 2 meters away, my question is whats best (apart from Copper) HEP2o or John Guest?

If existing is plastic then it really depends on what's there, try and match fittings to pipe.
Both JG and HEP are comparable as far as I'm concerned. JG doesn't need a tool to demount, so are easier to use from a DIY perspective. Just ensure you use the same inserts as fittings too.
